I create images that illustrate in a very dramatic
and graphic way the client's narrative. When I bring the camera to my eye
my goal is to capture the color, energy and symbolism represented in the scene
depicted. The ultimate success of an image for me is best measured in the
viewers response to seeing the photo. Does the image evoke an emotional
or cognitive cue? Take a look at some of my photographs and decide for
yourself if they are effective.
galleries include...
Famous
Faces: A round up of some of the personalities that I have photographed in
the course of recent assignments. Primarily politicians this group includes His
Holiness The Dalai Lama, Oceanographer Bob Ballard and Israeli Prime Minister
Ariel Sharon among many other in this selection.
Faces
in the crowd: People are the primary subject of my photography.
Although they are not famous the people in these photographs are certainly
interesting. Headshots, candids and formal portraits from various
assignments are included in this set of images.

Wildlife/Nature:
Nature has been a source of inspiration and provides infinite photographic possibilities. The challenges presented by the elements, wildlife habitat and behavior make this some of my most rewarding imagery.
Travel/Location:
My camera has provided me with a lifetime of excuses for travel. It is a
genuine privilege to be able to scrutinize and record the world as I pass by.
These images are selected from some of my extended travels in the United States
as well as several other nations.

Miscellaneous:
Primarily images of "found" scenes that present themselves. Less
documentary and generally more illustrative than my other photos. These
images feature graphic, form and color elements.
